Visakhapatnam: Inorbit Mall begins a new journey with the launch of its newest destination in Visakhapatnam--one of the largest developed in an area of 17 acres given on lease to Raheja Group by Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA).
This 1.4 million sq. ft. development, located in Saligramapuram, is the largest in Andhra Pradesh and located in the heart of the city in close proximity to the highway.
The construction of the mall has been completed in 31 months. The mall is set to open its doors formally on March 27.
Envisioned as the city’s newest social hub, it is set to redefine how people shop, dine, and connect, marking a landmark addition to the region’s fast-evolving lifestyle ecosystem. Inorbit Mall Visakhapatnam will house an expansive mix of fashion, footwear, jewellery and watches, F&B, lifestyle and fitness, perfumes and cosmetics, spa and saloons, gifting, eyewear, electronics, entertainment, and a world-class multiplex, bringing together over 350 brands under one roof.
Positioned as a regional mega retail destination, it reflects the group’s strategic expansion into a high-growth market.It will feature a compelling blend of leading national and international names, including Shoppers Stop, H&M, Timezone, AAA (Asian Allu Arjun) Cinemas, Pantaloons, Max, GANT, Birkenstock, American Eagle, Forever New, Samsung, Skechers, Malabar Gold among others, cementing its position as a vibrant, all-encompassing destination for the region.
Conceptualised as a new social space, the mall features the region’s largest single floor plate, along with seven levels of parking, ensuring seamless accessibility for visitors.
